Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing
- We will process the personal data of Users, in particular:
- for the purpose of implementing projects and events organized by Widoczni agency – depending on the nature of the project or event, the legal basis is our legitimate interest consisting in the ability to inform about our activities and implement projects, or the performance of a contract if the User is a party to such a contract concluded with Widoczni agency,
- for the purpose of servicing Users of our websites – the legal basis is our legitimate interest consisting in the ability to improve the quality of our services,
- for the purpose of marketing the Controller's own services and sending electronic mail notifications about new products, current promotions, and industry offers to the email address provided by the User – the legal basis is our legitimate interest consisting in the ability to present information about our services,
