Personal Data Protection

1. The administrator of the website is the company Widoczni, based at Złotowska 41, 60-189 Poznań. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of applicable legal regulations, and data is stored on secure servers.
2. Certain subpages of the website contain a form (hereinafter referred to as the Form) that allows users to send inquiries regarding the services provided by Widoczni. Through the Form, users can send the following data to Widoczni: first name, last name, email address, company name, contact phone number, website address related to the inquiry.
3. The personal data provided in the Form is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended), upon the user's consent to its use and processing, which is given by clicking the "submit inquiry" button in the Form. The consent is granted exclusively to Widoczni, for commercial, statistical, and marketing purposes. The data controller is Widoczni.
4. The user whose personal data is processed has the right to access, complete, update, rectify, temporarily or permanently suspend processing, or request deletion of their data. Access, completion, update, rectification, suspension of processing, or deletion of data can be done upon the user's request sent to the email address [email protected].
5. The term "GDPR" refers to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
6. We respect the right to privacy and ensure data security. For this purpose, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.
7. The personal data provided in the form is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.

Data Controller

1. The service provider is the data controller of its clients. This means that if you fill out a form on our website, we process your data such as first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name, and website address.
2. The service provider is also the data controller for individuals who have subscribed to the newsletter or signed up for webinars and training.
3. Personal data is processed:
a. in accordance with the regulations on personal data protection,
b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, modify or terminate it, and properly perform the electronic Services provided,
d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (lawfully justified purposes), provided that the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the individual concerned:
d1. in accordance with the consent given by you if you have subscribed to the newsletter,
d2. in accordance with the consent given by you if you have signed up for a webinar.
4. Each individual whose data is processed (if we are the data controller) has the right to access their data, rectify, delete, or limit processing, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
5. Contact with the person overseeing the processing of personal data within the service provider organization can be made electronically at the email address: [email protected].
6. We reserve the right to process your data after the Agreement is terminated or consent is withdrawn, only for the purpose of pursuing any claims before a court or if national or EU regulations or international law obligate us to retain the data.
7. The service provider has the right to disclose personal data of the User and other data to authorized entities based on applicable legal regulations (e.g., law enforcement agencies).
8. Deletion of personal data may occur due to the withdrawal of consent or the submission of a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
9. The service provider does not disclose personal data to entities other than those authorized based on applicable legal regulations.

Privacy Policy

1. The service does not automatically collect any information, except for the information contained in cookies.
2. Cookies (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, stored on the user's end device and intended for the use of the Service's websites. Cookies typically contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.
3. The entity placing cookies on the User's end device and accessing them is the Service operator: Widoczni, located at Złotowska 41, 60-189 Poznań.
4. Cookies are used for:
a) adjusting the content of the Service's websites to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the websites; in particular, these files allow the User's end device to be recognized and the website to be displayed accordingly, adapted to their individual needs,
b) creating statistics that help understand how users use the Service's websites, which allows improving their structure and content.
5. The Service uses two main types of cookies: "session" cookies and "persistent" cookies. "Session" cookies are temporary files stored on the User's end device until they log out, leave the website, or shut down the software (web browser). "Persistent" cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

a) "necessary" cookies, enabling the use of services available within the Service, e.g., authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication within the Service,
b) cookies used for security purposes, e.g., used to detect authentication abuses within the Service,

d) "functional" cookies, enabling the "remembering" of selected User settings and personalizing the User interface, e.g., in terms of language or region, font size, website appearance, etc.,
e) "advertising" cookies, enabling the delivery of content more tailored to the User's interests.
7. In many cases, the software used to browse websites (web browser) by default allows cookies to be stored on the User's end device. Users of the Service can change cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed, in particular, to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings or to inform the User of each placement of cookies on their end device. 8. The Service operator informs that restricting the use of cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Service's websites.
9. Cookies placed on the User's end device and used may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service operator.
